I just don't know what compels me to illustrate bad jokes. So this one is my fault though cause of a typo I typed flash instead of flask and of course with my friends it ended up being The Flashing Flask. Not sure what he is flashing you with, but it is still a good bit of fun. He was made in Photoshop CS5 with the pen tool making him completely vector.
